Delete your
online account.
Hexward creates an anonymous account when you choose online play. You can delete it and its associated online match data.
In the app
- Open Hexward and go to Settings.
- Choose Delete online account.
- Read the confirmation and choose Delete online account again.
The app deletes your anonymous Firebase account and all online match records involving it. Shared matches disappear for the other player too. Offline games on your device remain. If deletion is interrupted, check your connection and try again.
Without the app
Send a deletion request to ysfnmnylmz@gmail.com. Include your anonymous player ID if you have it. The ID is shown in Settings after online play. If you no longer have the ID, tell us what information you still have so we can determine whether we can locate the anonymous record. We will respond and confirm when the request has been completed.
